Abstract
Coa chegada das Misións Pedagócias en 1931 se produce en Galicia un intenso achegamento á ILE. A pesar que ser tildada moitas veces de "elitismo cultural", é posíbel atopar na ILE unha faceta popular que rebasa o meramente sentimental e busca o reencontro co pobo. Na II República a ILE ve o terreo aboado para salir máis alá dos seus muros e chegar ata lugares recónditos. Analizamos neste artigo a experiencia das Misións Pedagóxicas en Galicia.
