Educational advisement and conflict mediation in school improvement processes

Abstract
This article conceives educational improvement as a conflictive process and describes the relationship between educational counseling in the improvement processes and conflict mediation. Then arises the role of counselor as a mediator, and we can appreciate, above its technical qualities, those more human, allowing to help the group formed by the teachers to function effectively, and with satisfaction, integrating all contributions and mixing educational improvement with personal development.
