Abstract

In the framework of the European Space of Higher Education, practical training is a crucial field in the formation of future professionals. As regards of the Master in Education, Gender and Equality, professional practices are of fundamental importance in the curriculum, hence the importance of a program agreed on the characteristics that the above mentioned practices plan must have. In this paper, we present the design, development and evaluation criteria of the Labor and Professional Practices of the Master’s degree in Education, Gender and Equality of the University of Santiago de Compostela.
