Update of the journal in Latindex and news in sections

Elos. Revista de Literatura Infantil e Xuvenil has been evaluated again by Latindex, so that it now has 36 of the 38 characteristics through which the quality of the publications in the catalogue is assessed (until now it had 29 of the 38 characteristics). We would like to thank all the people who collaborate and work to ensure that the journal continues to grow.

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you of the new features in the magazine's sections. The "Notes" section has been eliminated and the "Articles" section becomes two different sections: "Miscellaneous" and "Monographic Section". Thus:

- Miscellaneous welcomes original research works on Children's and Young Adult Literature, focusing on Historiography, Literary Theory, analysis of literary works, Translation, Literary Education and any related aspect.

- Monographic Section, with the same structure and formal aspects that apply to the "Miscellaneous" articles, but which respond to a specific theme that will be announced together with the respective call for papers.

In any case, the indications available in the rules for authors of the journal are maintained and a model is provided to be used for the submission of manuscripts. 

Information on the "Monographic Section" of the next issue, 2024, will be published in the announcements section in the next few days.
