Abstract

This paper analyses the treatment conferred on the concept of identity,nation and compromise within Galician women poetry in thenew millennium. After having settled some necessary considerationson the crossroads of studies wherein the analysis of the questionmust be located, a difference is established between the productionof those women writers who initiated their activity during the 1990sand those who did it later on. This study identifies certain attitudeswhich have become apparent in a significative way during thisperiod, such as ecological sensitivity, conflict relocation and reportthroughout parody.
