The article takes as an object of reflection the cyberliterary practices of seven Argentine bloggers. It explores, in particular, the blog space as a virtual place that shows the complex transition and rearrangement of cultural practices that, traditionally rooted in conventional formats, are moving in recent decades to the new digital media, thereby challenging the institutionalized ways of thinking about the literary experience. This moment marks a tense coexistence between the new literacy practices and those of modernist tradition that still survives with power and legitimacy. We will cover this transition from Benjamin’s critical horizon, which allows us to think about how changes in cultural production technology devices also affect a transformation of the aesthetic object itself, its target public and the value system that integrated.
