Main Article Content
Abstract
One of the trends of young adult literature is to form characters looking approach to its readers, through a specular representation. This approach necessarily artificial given the gap between authors and readers can generate creative processes based in a critical duality quite unique, but also carries the risk of an impoverishment of literary expression. The purpose of this study is to analyze different fictional representations of youth, commenting on the reading possibilities they provide and trying to evaluate to what extent they are meaningful and enriching ways of translation of a humanity constantly growing.
