Resumo
Xustificar as decisións normativas a partir de conceptos e heurísticas propias das decisións individuais non só vai en contra da finalidade optimizadora que é o obxectivo de toda decisión, senón que tamén afecta gravemente á transparencia, propiedade fundamental para o exercicio da función de control que protexe o equilibrio democrático. Esta é unha consecuencia importante que non pode deixar de preocuparse.
Partindo desta preocupación, a través da análise das características que son características de cada tipo de decisión, describiranse os mecanismos específicos axeitados para construílas e xustificalas, o que permite á súa vez mostrar as diversas formas que asume a racionalidade.
O concepto de isomorfismo entre a forma lóxica dos problemas e a estrutura do modelo teórico que pretende xustificalos acompaña, como pano de fondo, a semántica da análise.
Considerando a complexidade inherente ás decisións normativas, a súa construción e xustificación moverase sempre nun ambiente probabilístico/condicional que tamén vai moi ben co ethos democrático.
