Abstract

Pérez de Ayala had a great admiration for Pérez Galdós. His articles show clearly this devotion. This essay analyzes Pérez de Ayala’s writings about Galdós’s theatre. He considerated Galdós a master whose works had a clear lesson to Spanish people: tollerance
