Abstract

The Exchange of didactic resources between teachers is not limited only to sharing materials that facilitate the development of formative activities, but also to collaborate in the exchange of knowledge and personal experiences. Based on this precept, it is necessary to determine how to effectively exchange and disseminate the didactic resources of educational centers. To this end, this article presents a collaborative experience which occurred between a group of support teachers, during the academic year of 2009-2010 in the city of Vigo. The obtained results synthesize the conclusions and reflections of the 7 participating teachers. The goal of this collaborative effort was to determine how to effectively optimize the resources of the educational centers and to reach a suitable professionalization of teaching, in order to facilitate educational work.
