Abstract

From a study of the context of creation of young playwrights, Catalan theatrical analyze the relationship they establish with the public in three works presented on the undercard of the first half of 2011: Incubus by Álex Mañas, Cristina Clement Vimbodí vs Prague and Un home amb ulleres de pasta by Jordi Casanovas. We will try to see which are the possible new forms of narration in the theatrical practice of Catalunya, crossing (socio) linguistic and thematic reflections on one hand, and detailed analysis of intermedia influences (television, movies, etc..), on the other. We also will try to understand the position of these stage settings in the system of representations from and in Catalonia today.
