In publishing with the University Press, the authors transfer their exploitation rights to the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, which by virtue of that transfer acquires the status of copyright holder. This status gives the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, with the conditions and limits provided for by Spanish intellectual property laws, the exclusive worldwide right to publish, advertise, promote, exchange, distribute, market and/or publicly communicate the work.
