Abstract

Resolving conflict situations in assertive way requires emotional regulation. Happy 8-12 and 12-16 Happy programs are an innovation in the field of emotional education, since they are educational video games that train the process of emotional regulation for the assertive conflict resolution, both children and teens. Both games have been implemented and evaluated in primary education (Happy 8-12) and compulsory secondary education (12-16 Happy). This article shows in detail these programs, as well as its proposed methodology and the main results.
