Abstract

Along this paper we describe the defficitary areas related to attention to diversity and the possibilities described by the teachers in three educational centers. Or work is based on the dimensions proposed in Index for Inclusion (Both and Ainscow, 2002): inclusive culture, inclusive policy and inclusive practice, taking into account the real practice and previous formation. Analyzing our results we will be able to find and recommend specific aspects to improve the organization in educational institutions, in order to establish and implement the inclusive school model.
