Existen diferenzas na percepción do cambio climático por parte dos agricultores? Evidencia empírica na conca mediterránea

Resumo
O sector agrario en latitudes mediterráneas é un dos máis castigados polo cambio climático, caracterizado principalmente pola incidencia de secas prolongadas que poñen en risco a produtividade das colleitas. O presente traballo persegue como principal obxectivo analizar as percepcións acerca do cambio climático dos agricultores de regadío situados na conca mediterránea. Mediante análise estatística por conglomerados xerárquicos, obtivéronse tres tipoloxías de agricultores entre os que se evidenciaron diferenzas en canto a tres modalidades de factores: (1) conciencia de situacións climatolóxicas adversas extraordinarias que nos últimos anos provocaron danos nos seus cultivos, (2) características sociodemográficas do agricultor e (3) atributos da súa explotación. Os resultados deberían ser considerados, con obxecto de mellorar a comprensión das percepcións do agricultor, á hora de formular políticas gobernamentais e ante posibles adaptacións relacionadas co cambio climático e a agricultura.
