Abstract
Throughout this work we want to look into the problem of obesity in childhood starting from genetic factors to the ones linked to the child’s lifestyle. We’ll adopt tackling procedures such as physical activity and a healthy diet. Our goal is to wonder how the daily exercise, throughout a proper education of parents and teachers and with school-based, after school and extra school activities aimed at fighting and preventing obesity, which is growing more and more in Europe and Worldwide.
