Antroponimia en la novela Patria de Fernando Aramburu

Abstract

The novel Patria by Fernando Aramburu was a bestseller of the year 2016, valued fundamentally from ideological parameters, to the point that many have defined it as the «narrative par excellence of the Basque conflict». This article deals with the anthroponyms of Patria as an important part of the narrative framework created by the author and the ideological framework in which the author and the characters move. The choice of the names of the characters by Aramburu responds to a thoughtful decision that is the main part of this study.
