The contexts in which it originates and develops educational innovation are manifold: classroom,school, administration, community ... and also its protagonists, ie, people and institutions that planned and implemented. This paper makes an approach to analyzing the characteristics, possibilities and limits of innovation in the classroom, school, administration and the educational community. This analysis provides a range of suggestions for possible improvement of education, especially emphasizing the individual and group capacity to reflect on teacher practice, the close relationship between the various contexts, the influence of culture school, the character of centralized or decentralized educational administration, collaboration with teachers from families and other social institutions.
