The building school convivencia model to prevent bullying and cyberbullying

Abstract
This paper describes the origin, evolution and structure of the model called Building School Convivencia-BSC-which includes processes to improve the whole school's climate plan in accordance with educational administration´s principles and norms.This is the only way to implement an intervention in school that, based on previous analysis of social problems, achieves the progressive construction of a system of interpersonal quality relationships that is what we call “convivencia”. The model integrates the prevention of unjustified violence that is bullying and cyberbullying by establishing in an operational way what we are calling “ciberconvivencia”. This paper presents an example in the intervention in anelementary school in Andalusia (Spain).
