Training through the professional practice: the experimental classroom child education from the University of Córdoba

Abstract
During the academic year 2011/2012 the University of Cordoba teachers participate in a teaching innovation project "the experimental preschool classroom: A new approach to practical training in the degree". Create an educative space so that students participate in the design and commissioning underway an academically-directed activity (workshop) aimed at children's centers of early childhood education of Córdoba. The activity is positively valued by early childhood education professionals and students, as we gather in this work. The students highlight the high interest, dedication and commitment in the programming and intervention, reflect on the difficulties that have arisen and express how the workshop is conducive situations, successfully, for the development of professional skills. Teacher observes its interventions and offers guidelines for evaluation of this training activity within the framework of each subject. To improve this process, we offer a mechanism for follow-up and a system of evaluation through the use of a few rubrics.
