This paper analyses one of the most interesting aspects of the career of Carlos Fernández Casado, namely the design of industrial spaces, an area in which he bequeathed to us both his celebrated research work and theoretical reflections as well as a collection of masterpieces, which, out of his desire to reconcile functionality and aesthetic concerns, merit framing within the parameters of modern architecture.
