Abstract

This article show the research project of a doctoral thesis about educational media design in local context by spanish councils. On the one hand, we will study the creation process paying attention to the teaching model, to the model of teacher professionalization, to educational aims, to didactic strategies. On the other hand we will try to clarify the role taken on by local authorities in the design of educational resources. This will involve an analysis of actions carried out by the municipalities, the modelo f teaching materials, the influence of the professional and educational profile of the authors, the influence of the budgets and the local legislation in long-term retention policy of supporting and creating teaching materials territorialized. The following are the sections of the research progress report: definition, justify, objectives, hypothesis, sample, methodology and early results.
