This article is about an ethnographical research in the second year of Early Childhood Education in a school in Madrid. The implantation of its bilingual project in Early Childhood Education constitutes a model of good practice, not only due to the methodology, to face the challenge of teaching a second language to all students –without distinctions-, but for the psychopedagogical conceptions, the attitudes and values that lead the staff to perceive the diversity of the students that are learning a second language as something natural, as a challenge and not as a problem to solve. Besides, teaching English could be a valuable tool to work on other curricular areas.
