Chairo: A failed propagandistic strategy of the State

Abstract
This article discusses the construction of the term chairo and propagandistic use in 2018 presidential elections in Mexico, where social networks were formed as the principal means to ridicule and discredit the followers of Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO). The text presents some dates about the creation of the term chairo, identifies the stereotypes given to supporters of the left thought in this country, speeches around them, the use of memes and nothing subtle strategy of State to try to legitimize a political system in decline.
This text presents, from a critical view, the impact generated in Mexico, in the presidential period referred of the use of connotations of the therm chairo in social networks. Likewise, expose elements of the national idiosyncrasy that take the mess, like a cultural characteristic through the memes that become one of the main tools to disclose them by the Internet. The article is based on biblio-hemerographic search that allude to the theme.
