FACTORES CHAVE DOS INVESTIMENTOS GRENFIELD INVESTMENT ESPAÑOIS: TRANSFERENCIA INTERNACIONAL DE ACTIVIDADES DE I+D

Resumo
Este traballo de investigación ten como obxectivo presentar algúns factores
chave que expliquen a realización de investimentos greenfield investment por parte das
empresas multinacionais españolas. Para levar a cabo esta investigación fixémoslle unha
enquisa a 166 empresas multinacionais españolas, que entre outro tipo de investimento,
realizaron greenfield investment. Iso xustifícase en base aos fundamentos da teoría dos
recursos e capacidades, xa que que se quere chegar a saber cales son os factores internos
da empresa que máis inciden sobre a realización dun greenfield investment. Como
introdución á parte empírica, o artigo pon de manifesto a importancia da teoría dos
recursos e capacidades, expón o auxe dos investimentos directos estranxeiros, as
diferentes formas que pode ter, a evolución do IDE español dende 1990 ata a actualidade e
algúns exemplos de greenfield investment que empresas españolas levaron a cabo.
