Abstract

Este traballo desenvolve as bases da regulación pesqueira, e máis concretamente os principios da xestión pesqueira instaurada pola Unión Europea no marco da Política Pesqueira Común (PPC). Avalíase a coherencia entre os instrumentos e os fins que hai que alcanzar, subliñando os distintos desaxustes nas ac-cións implementadas que afectan á conservación, regulación e xestión dos stocks pesqueiros. Finalmente, resáltanse as distintas opcións de futuro para definir as novas estratexias da regulación pesqueira ao am-paro dos novos principios ecosistémicos e de precaución. Así mesmo, defínense as novas posicións dos axentes de cara á reforma da PPC.
