Nursery School Adjustment of childrens and families in Menorca (Spain): A designed and implemented process from educators and families training

Abstract
This paper describes and analyzes a transformation action in the adjustment of children to nursery-schools of Menorca (Spain). It is described a reconceptualization of this complex process and a new way to help families to participate in it. Among other issues, the aim of the article is to answer practical questions like how long the adjustment period must be, what are the phases, how it is organized and what is the role of the educator.
