When publishing in Dereito, the author/authors cedes/cede all the exploitation rights of his/her/their article (including distribution, public communication, reproduction and transformation) to the University of Santiago de Compostela, which, under the conditions and within the restrictions stated in the legislation on intellectual property, is the holder of the copyright and, therefore, of all the patrimonial rights expressed, while the author/authors maintain all the moral rights corresponding to them by the law (art. 14 TRLPI).

Profesora Doctora de Derecho Civil de la Universidad de Cádiz (2017-), acreditada por ANECA a Profesor Contratado Doctor (2019) y Profesor de Universidad Privada (2018). Doctora en Derecho con sobresaliente cum laude por la Universidad de Lleida (2017), obtuvo el Primer Premio del XII Certamen Universitario Arquímedes del Ministerio de Educación (2013), en el área de ciencias sociales y humanidades, por el Trabajo Final de Máster “El acoso inmobiliario”. Anteriormente, fue investigadora predoctoral de la Generalitat de Cataluña (2014-2017), investigadora predoctoral de la Universidad de Lleida (2013-2014), asistente de docencia de la Generalitat de Cataluña (2012-2014), becaria de Introducción a la Investigación de la Universidad de Lleida (2012-2013), y becaria de colaboración del Ministerio de Educación (2011-2012). El Derecho inmobiliario constituye su principal línea de investigación, donde destaca su monografía "La expropiación temporal del uso de viviendas", junto con otras publicaciones. Cuenta con la realización de diversas ponencias en congresos académicos, así como una estancia postdoctoral en The University of Manchester (2017).
