Abstract

The implantation of higher European Education helping to introduce some changes in the teaching/learning process in university clases. This new model of university restructuringpresents great challenges to the entire University Community. So that, the Bolonia Process, as any reform, comes inherently with a series of measurements that are generatinga large social meeting in the present moment.This article has as its principal objetive to contribute with an educational proposal, that serves the european adaptation in business criminal law: the “puzzle” method, via the moodle tools, like colaborative work through little learning groups and the support to teaching together with studen´s study hours, represented in the european credit system.
