Abstract
The approval of the LGT, of January 18, of transparency and good governance of Galicia requires studying each one of the concepts and contents to be applied from its entry into force. The LGT refers to both the principle of transparency and good governance. This work focuses on the second, to try to warn which is the principle of good government that the LGT intends through the study of the concrete contents that it comprises. For this work, we proceed to analyze Titles II and III of the Law, comparing them with the regional regulations on good governance that repeal this new regulation as well as with the basic state standard LETAI.
