Abstract

This article constitutes a review of the concept of populism beyond trying to find precision and a single definition. For throughout the manuscript it is argued that the best way to approach it will be to focus on what populists do. Thus, populism is presented as a logic that divides society into antagonistic parts and the elements that exist under those populist logics such as the creation of enemies, the importance of leadership or the organizational strategy itself are broken down.
