Abstract

The paper proposes a procedure to evaluate to what extent the identification, acquisition, development, retention, socialization and utilization of knowledge associated with the key activities of an organization, primarily the public sector, can be used in developing decision-making performing their managers. As output, we define an action plan “type” designed under the logic that describes the knowledge management process, enabling organizations to enhance their use, depending on the context and needs may throw the diagnosis
