Resumo

Este artigo reflexiona criticamente sobre o impacto do liderado ético e do liderado de servizo na creatividade individual en contextos organizativos entre 2020 e 2025. A partir dunha revisión sistemática e argumentativa de literatura recente, analízanse as súas converxencias, diverxencias e efectos diferenciados sobre as condicións psicosociais que facilitan ou inhiben a xeración de ideas novas. Aínda que ambos os estilos comparten unha raíz ética e relacional, os seus mecanismos de influencia difiren e poden potenciar ou limitar a creatividade segundo a súa intensidade moral, orientación normativa ou o grao de contención emocional. A análise revela, ademais, dinámicas paradoxais e zonas de sombra que cuestionan a visión idealizada do liderado prosocial como motor automático de innovación. Como achega conceptual, o estudo introduce o modelo emerxente de liderado prosocial-creativo, unha proposta interpretativa que integra principios éticos, sensibilidade relacional e condicións psicolóxicas favorables para a creatividade. O traballo conclúe con implicacións teóricas e prácticas orientadas a promover contornas onde ética e creatividade se potencien de maneira mutua e contextualizada.
