Abstract

As opposed to the noisy and the sporadic apect of riots, revolts and uprisings, "deaf" disputes are not more than that daily criminality that is expressed in almost complete silence. Said dispuites must be understood as the most common from of expressing the tensions generated in the bossom of neighbourghood associations, which, in most cases, are just the logical result of daily cohabitation. Consequently, the study of criminal activity is not solely the study os discord, but also as Y. Castan once pointed out, the study of "the miracle of harmony".
