Abstract

The complex regulatory framework dedicated to corruption in Italy represents an interesting laboratory to analyze the current perspectives and possible developments in terms of criminal compliance. That is the purpose of this paper, which also addresses the linkage problems between the Triennial Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT), the Organization, Management and Control Model (MOGC) and whistleblowing; all this within a broader reflection on the progressive intensification of public-private collaboration in the fight against crime and the search for mechanisms capable of making it more efficient.
