La reparación a las víctimas de abuso sexual infantil: la necesaria reforma de los mecanismos de compensación

Resumen
Aunque se suele aceptar la necesidad de que las víctimas menores de edad reciban una especial protección, los mecanismos de compensación vigentes no están diseñados para dar respuesta a sus necesidades específicas. Tras un examen del sistema público de ayudas y de las decisiones de los tribunales españoles respecto a la responsabilidad civil en favor de las víctimas de abuso sexual infantil, se formulan propuestas para diseñar un sistema de compensación justo y eficaz.
