Abstract

These notes provide an initial overview of the implications of the proliferation of digital technologies in the fields of personality rights and personal data protection as a result of the Covid-19 crisis. Special attention will be given to digital contact tracing, the possibility of virus diagnosis through voice analysis, and signing documents through voice biometrics.
