Abstract
The fraudulent inducement to contract is regulated separately in the civil code and in thecriminal law; and there are no set rules about when to apply one regulation or another.In this paper we analyze different doctrinal proposals on the subject and we offer someinterpretative solutions to coordinate both regulations.
