Abstract

The international financial and economic crisis, the exaltation of the budgetary stability principle, and the different legal reforms, have emphasized the importance of public budgetary law and public expenditure for the effectiveness and efficiency of public administration. Local administration´s reform, recognizes the importance of the financial side in public activity, since the provision of public services will be conditioned by budgetary discipline compliance. This article analyses the measures that are intended to ensure the funding of local public services.
