Abstract

We are living in a society in which the values are always changing. Young people have behavioursthat some years ago will be inadmissible. It is necessary to change lots of things about education. But the professors have also problems when they want to impose their´s authority. So we need new forms of relationships. Concerning that, Galicia´n Parlament have worked in a new law (4/2011 of july 30) in which mediation appears like a forum to improve relationships between the professors and their pupils. This is the first law in Spain which propose this method, so is especially important
