Sistema electoral del País Vasco: posibles cambios y reestructuración de la gobernabilidad

Abstract

Several politicians in the Basque Country have recently spoken about how the regional political representatives are distributed by the different electoral circumscriptions. In this article it will be analyzed how those changes in the electoral system would affect to the regional Legislative House. In this way, electoral simulations will be carried out using 2009 and 2012 electoral results in order to analyze those variations. In the same way, the Basque patriotic left political branch’s relevance would have been in the regional Parliament.
