Abstract

The Andalusian cooperation appears today as a clear referent in the policies of development implemented by the regional institutions of our country. Since the beginnings of the nineties, the Andalusian Regional Government has put at the front of (in the lead) resources destined to help to the most disadvantaged countries. With the budgetary expenditure, the regional government has developed an important regulation law in regard to this subject that has been complemented with the creation of several committees (commissions) and decentralized administrative agencies in order to provide with mayor soundness his actions. The last innovations in all this process have been the creation of the International Cooperation Andalusian Agency (AACID), "the short and medium term organization and planning" or the creation of the Council of Cooperation.
