Abstract

This article aims to approach the phenomenon of gendered violence from a vision criminological and criminal justice. After critical analysis of the problem, the profile of the perpetrator and the criminalresponse articulated to curb this scourge, posed possible solutions to gender violence in the context of restorative justice.
