Abstract
This study analyzes the implementation in Spain of Crimesagainst Humanity, by focusing on the Scilingo case. In the same way,this research examines the main obstacles arising from the interpretationof the Principle of Legality. Also, it is emphasized the prosecution underthe Principle of Universal Justice and its reform of the 2009 year
