Abstract

The objectives of this work focuses on (1) To analyze the segments of users and potential users of public health services based on their level of use of the system and (2) the demonstration that the high frequency of use of the public health services is related to the degree of satisfaction with them. The results obtained allow to demonstrate that it is possible to establish user profiles based on their frequency of use of public health services, and that the elements that determine the satisfaction with these vary according to the category of user. This is a very useful tool for the design and management of health services, orienting them to the needs of citizens and thus raising their level of satisfaction.
