Abstract

Citizen participation is a significant and constant current issue due to increasing political disaffection and the distancing every time major between the politicians and the citizens. This work is based on separate investigations conducted by the authors, by means of which there has been obtained information of the first order that allow to know the situation of this topic in the municipalities of two Autonomous Communities, to compare information, to generate consistent indicators and to establish conclusions. In the realized analysis is observed that in both CCAA the civil participation is little developed in comparison with the situation in other territories of the State and there signs as a fundamental reason the absence of a participative politics of the autonomous governments.
