Abstract

In this text it is a question of realizing the first approximation to the attitudes and perceptions of the Galician citizens on the cooperation and the policies of development. Before the publication of some events that were concerning the image of the ONG's, to know the climate of opinion and to analyze fundamental elements tied to these opinions constitutes one of the most important tasks of the investigation in cooperation. Our analysis centres on the relation between the degree of efficiency of the principal actors of the cooperation and the confidence level that the citizens perceive and deposit in the above mentioned actors for the management of the funds of the help, understanding that the relation between them is indissoluble in the informed companies.
