Memoria histórica del Estado y leyes de amnistía

Abstract

Starting from the Inter-American Court of Human Rights jurisprudence, the paper aims to analyse the role played by amnesty in the transitional justice. Amnesty policies, in fact, have been one of principle factors, now and in the past times, to build or to obstruct the construction of a State historical memory.
