Abstract

The literary beginnings of Julio Camba are difficult to realize the lack of funds in libraries of newspapers in which he wrote (Eco Marin) and others that could have written. The main guide is an article published in The Human Protest Buenos Aires in 1902. However, the articles published in the Journal fortnight Pontevedra, La Gallega Magazine and Modern Idea of Lugo allow us to define his literary and political identification adolescence. His sympathies for the Galician regionalism are evident, the influence of his older brother Francisco and admiration for personalities that trend as Francisco Javier Valcarce Ocampo Portela or are patents. That positioning held it for his literary beginnings and in the first months in Buenos Aires, which published two poems in El Eco de Galicia, in the last quarter of 1901 leaves to adentrase regionalism in the libertarian world.
