Compilación teórica: emprendimientos en la República Dominicana

Abstract

This article presents a literature to research conducted on the topic of entrepreneurship in the Dominican Republic and the world review. The review highlights the fact that although it is an issue that not been investigated in the Dominican Republic, there is a clear interest to understand and comprehend the factors that affect, influence and determine the enterprises by the Dominicans, of specifically with regard to the creation of micro enterprises. In addition, issues related to the characteristics of the companies enterprising person is treated the main indicators of microenterprises will be discussed, since the performance of microenterprises is associated with a set of factors related to firm size and the level exhibiting organization, the sector where it is located and the characteristics of their owners.
